We have two award winning chefs with us they are Carol John-Walczy and Pat Dinco.  Chef Carol John-Walczy has been in the food industry since 1992 and has been the recipient of numerous culinary awards, both nationally and internationally. Chef Carol is known for her diverse and artful preparation of many culinary creations and has expertise in Mediterranean cuisine and delectable desserts. She is a member of the National Association of Catering Executives.

Chef Pat Dinco has her culinary degree from Macomb Culinary Institute and has been in the food industry for many years. Chef Pat specializes in cakes and pastries. She has won numerous gold medals for culinary achievements and a silver medal for the Culinary Olympics. She now teaches the wedding cake class at Macomb.  She is a member of the Bluewater Chefs and ICES.
